Returns

Returns are accepted on new unused items within 45 days of purchase and are subject to the following criteria.

  • Any product that has been physically installed, used or modified in any way is no longer eligible for return.
  • Items noted as "Special Order", "Discontinued" or "Closeout" are not eligible for return.
  • Merchandise such as clothing, hats, decals, logo items, etc. are not eligible for return.

How do I return an item?

A link to initiate a return is located below. You will need the order number and email address used when the order was placed. The order number can be found in any of the email messages that were sent, it will start with the letter "S". All item returns require prior to shipping authorization and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If there was an issue with the shipment do not request a return, contact us directly.

Do I pay for return shipping?

We understand returns are sometimes necessary, especially if you didn’t order the right part. In most cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping. If we made a mistake, we'll make it right. Please contact us directly so we can help.

For items purchased through eBay or Amazon, log into your account for that website, locate the order in your purchase history, there will be options to request a return there.

If you refuse your package at delivery or provide an inaccurate or incomplete address resulting in the carrier returning the package to us you will be subject to actual shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
