Lug Nut Guys Shipping Policy

At Lug Nut Guys, we know you don't want to wait around for the wheel hardware you need. That's why we work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within one business day, with many lug nut and wheel accessory orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on weekdays shipping the same day.

Whether you're ordering lug nuts, wheel spacers, wheel adapters, hub-centric rings, wheel locks, or other wheel hardware, our shipping policy provides the information you need to understand order processing, delivery times, tracking, and shipping availability.

Fast Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one business day unless a different processing time is stated on the product page.

For lug nuts and accessories, orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM Central Time generally ship the same business day. Wheel adapters, tires, and wheels typically ship the following business day.

Please keep in mind that processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping service selected and the destination.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Lug Nut Guys offers several shipping options to help you choose the service that best fits your needs:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated 1–7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 1–5 business days
  • FedEx Express Saver: Estimated 2–3 business days
  • FedEx/UPS Ground: Estimated 1–5 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Locations

Lug Nut Guys currently ships to addresses throughout the lower 48 United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for lug nuts, adapters, and accessories.

At this time, shipping to APO/FPO addresses is not available.

For customers outside the United States, international shipping is available through the Lug Nut Guys eBay store. Please note that some products may not be eligible for international shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information is automatically sent to the email address associated with your order. Use your tracking information to monitor your package and check its estimated delivery status.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the Lug Nut Guys support team as soon as possible. Save the original packaging materials and damaged products until the issue has been resolved, as photos and other documentation may be required when filing a claim.
