Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within one business day unless noted differently in the item’s detail page. Orders placed weekdays prior to 1:00 PM Central Time usually ship the same day. Orders placed weekdays after 1:00 PM Central Time ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and weekday holidays ship the following business day.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipping is currently limited to all addresses in the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates and limited International shipping is available through our eBay store. Shipping to APO/FPO is currently not available.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking information will automatically be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

Damages

In the event a product arrives damaged please contact our support team. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Photos showing the damage may be required.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping is available through our eBay store. Please note not all items are able to be shipped internationally.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted on new unused items within 31 days of purchase. Any product that has been physically installed is no longer eligible for return. A link to initiate a return is located on the bottom of our home page. You will need the order number and email used when the order was placed. All item returns require prior to shipping authorization and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item(s). If you refuse your package at delivery you will be subject to actual shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
