Important Notes:
- Installation should only be performed by a trained professional.
- Vehicle compatibility, if listed, is used to match the vehicle's bolt pattern with the adapter vehicle bolt pattern only.
- Two sets of lug bolts are required to use these adapters.
- One set of low profile lug bolts to bolt the adapter to the vehicle. The vehicles factory lugs are not compatible.
- One set of the appropriate lug bolt style with the adapter insert thread size listed above to bolt the wheel to the adapter. - The spacers are shipped with 12x1.25 threaded inserts.
- Only approved lug bolts can be used to bolt the adapter to the vehicle, factory lug bolts cannot be used.
- Lug bolts on the adapters and wheels must be properly torqued when installing.
- Never use air tools, always install by hand.
- Some vehicles may require modifications to make the adapters work properly.
- Be aware that the wheel being used cannot make any contact to the lug bolt attaching the adapter to the vehicle when installed!
